Tara Marzano was born and raised in the Watertown, NY and has cemented roots here in the North Country as an efficient and straightforward businesswoman. She began her career in recreational land development in 2001 and quickly broadened her scope of service to specialize primarily in residential and commercial real estate. Focusing her efforts mostly in Jefferson and Lewis counties, Tara is able to utilize her knowledge of the local area and experience with the current market trends to hone in on providing ethical standards and service-oriented themed business practice. Through the benefits of being a New York State Realtor and a member of the Jefferson – Lewis Board of Realtors, Tara has had the opportunity to continue her real estate education to obtain both the Green Designation and the H.O.M.E.S. (Housing Our Military with Excellent Service) certification.
